Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all offerings by Taylor Sol, including:
1:1 Sound Journeys
Couples Sessions
Group Sound Journeys
Handpan Lessons (1:1 or group)
Flute Lessons (1:1 or group)
Events, Workshops & Retreats
We honour your time, energy, and commitment, and we also hold sacred the preparation that goes into each session. These guidelines ensure fairness for both of us.
1. Bookings
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session or lesson.
You will receive a booking confirmation by email.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Private Sound Journeys (Individual, Couples, or Private Groups)
More than 48 hours’ notice:
You may reschedule at no cost. Refunds may be requested (minus processing fees).24–48 hours’ notice:
You may reschedule once. Refunds are not available.Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show:
The session is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Handpan & Flute Lessons (1:1 or Group)
More than 48 hours’ notice:
You may reschedule at no cost. Refunds may be requested (minus processing fees).24–48 hours’ notice:
You may reschedule the lesson once. No refunds available.Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show:
Lessons are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.If you are late:
The lesson will still end at the original time. No refunds or time extensions apply.Lesson packs / multi-session bookings:
All sessions must be used within the timeframe agreed at purchase.
Packages become non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
Unused sessions are not redeemable for cash.
Group Sound Journeys, Group Lessons & Events
Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable to another person.
Group sessions require preparation and reserved space; therefore, refunds are not offered unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
3. If We Need to Cancel
If we must cancel due to illness, travel delays, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances:
You may choose a full refund or reschedule to a new date.
This applies to all lessons, sound journeys, and group offerings.
4. Late Arrivals
Sessions and lessons must finish at the scheduled time.
Late arrival does not extend the booking or qualify for a partial refund.
5. Refunds for Products
If you ever introduce physical or digital products:
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
Physical products may be returned if faulty or not as described, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund or remedy.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
