  • Couples sound sessions

  • Handpan lessons (1:1 and group)

  • Flute lessons (1:1 and group)

  • Workshops, events, and retreats

5. Health, Safety & Client Responsibility

Sound Journeys

You acknowledge that sound work can evoke physical, emotional, or energetic responses.
You are responsible for your own wellbeing and must disclose relevant health conditions before participating.

Handpan & Flute Lessons

You agree to:

  • Share any wrist, shoulder, breath, hearing, or neurological conditions.

  • Stop immediately if discomfort occurs.

  • Understand that musical progress depends on your own practice.

General

Soundwork and music instruction are complementary practices, not medical or psychological treatment.

6. Instructional Materials & Intellectual Property

  • All music, videos, lesson resources, recordings, and written materials are owned by Taylor Sol.

  • You may not copy, share, distribute, or publicly post any paid content without permission.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

  • We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in sessions or lessons.

  • You acknowledge the physical aspects of handpan/flute practice and assume responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for third-party failures such as payment processors or Squarespace outages.
